Aida’s experience encompasses negotiating complex SaaS technology agreements, advising on corporate and commercial matters for large publicly traded companies, and serving on the legal team of a rapidly scaling tech startup that was acquired for $2 billion.
In addition to her corporate and technology experience, Aida has a strong foundation in real estate law. She previously served as bank counsel to major institutional lenders, representing them in commercial financing transactions, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Personal Life
Aida is a devoted mother to her young son and enjoys spending time with her Labradoodle. During her downtime, Aida loves to read and visits local bookshops everywhere she travels, often looking for titles related to consumer protection law and corporate law. She values knowledge that can help her navigate family law matters and is always interested in learning more about personal injury law and real estate law as well.
Education
Aida received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, where she graduated with Honors and consistently achieved Dean’s List recognition. She then attended Pace University School of Law on a full academic scholarship, further distinguishing herself academically. Aida is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she offers her expertise as a family law attorney, personal injury lawyer, and in real estate law.
