Aida Izgelova is a seasoned attorney with a broad and sophisticated legal background, having represented Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, institutional lenders, and individual clients across a wide range of legal matters, including corporate law and consumer protection law. Aida’s experience encompasses negotiating complex SaaS technology agreements, advising on corporate and commercial matters for large publicly traded companies, and serving on the legal team of a rapidly scaling tech startup that was acquired for $2 billion.
In addition to her corporate and technology experience, Aida has a strong foundation in real estate law. She previously served as bank counsel to major institutional lenders, representing them in commercial financing transactions, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Aida received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from St. John’s University, where she graduated with Honors and consistently achieved Dean’s List recognition. Aida is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she offers her expertise as a family law attorney, personal injury lawyer, and in real estate law.
